Key Personnel
Our Managing Director, Chris Field, has 16 years experience in the industry. He was a director of the first company to develop an in-vessel system for the UK market and has extensive experience of both open windrow and in-vessel composting. He has also been involved in several marketing initiatives aimed at developing and selling high quality product. Chris provides our customers with first class technical advice and experience, working closely with them in the development of
projects. No one knows more about composting and he is an acknowledged industry expert.
Roger Hughes, our Commercial Director, also has several years experience in the composting industry as well as experience in other recycling sectors. His background is in consulting, accounting and finance and he has worked at senior levels in professional firms. He has worked as a WRAP Business Development Advisor in a variety of recycling sectors. Roger works with Chris to bring customer projects to fruition, assisting and advising our customers on requirements and financing as well as being involved in the overall project management.
Joanna Field is a director of the company and company secretary. She is responsible for maintaining the companyıs records and books and dealing with administrative matters.
Cilla Drury manages our office at Horseheath. Cilla's will be the cheery voice you hear when you call.
Our Newmarket site is run by Robin who as well as running the site is there to provide help and advice to our customers who may want to purchase compost or other products or enquire about bringing compostable material.
