New Era In-Vessel Composting Plant

The latest patented in-vessel technology, developed as result of our practical operating experience for ease of operation, full ABPR compliance, excellent odour control and the production of a high quality product. Our latest generation of in-vessel incorporates push button technology with a lifting, fully sealing, stainless steel roof with a wiring loom in the roof for connecting the probes, drive-through tunnels, bio-filters, fully insulated doors, solid block walls to our own design, a fully automated SCADA controlled aeration system and full monitoring systems for temperature and oxygen, including remote monitoring.
 
Our plant is built to last, with contracts of up to 15 years our customers want a plant that will continue to operate with the minimum of downtime and maintenance and one that is built for ease of repair. It is tried and tested and well proven in operation.
